- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached and the invoice provided.
- Certain products like perishable goods, personalized items, or intimate apparel may not be eligible for return due to their nature. Please check the product description for details.
2. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number and the shipping address for the return.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
