Welcome to eduPhysics Publishing (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, digital products, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

2) Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid content may be sold as one-time purchases (e.g., eBooks, PDFs) or as subscriptions (recurring billing).
• By starting a subscription, you authorize us (and/or our payment partners, including Google where applicable) to charge the recurring fee at the then-current rate until you cancel.
• Prices, taxes, and billing intervals are shown at checkout and may change with prior notice for the next billing cycle.

3) Cancellations & Refunds

Our publication policies apply to all purchases and subscriptions.

• Cancellations: You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except in cases like duplicate payment or technical access failure. Any approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Publication Policies for details.

4) Access & Delivery

• Digital products are delivered via your account or email immediately after successful payment (or as otherwise stated at checkout).
• Occasionally, maintenance or outages may interrupt access. We aim to restore services promptly.

5) License & Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, images, videos, PDFs, problem sets, and course materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
• When you purchase digital content or a subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, share login credentials, resell, make derivative works, or publicly display our content without prior written permission.

6) Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, copy or scrape content at scale, or interfere with site security.
• No unlawful, harassing, infringing, or harmful activity is permitted on or through the Services.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7) User Contributions (if any)

• If you submit comments, reviews, questions, or other material, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that material in connection with the Services.
• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your submissions.

8) Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Reader Revenue Manager, payment processors). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

9) Educational & Results Disclaimer

Our materials are for educational purposes. Performance in exams (e.g., CBSE, JEE, NEET) depends on multiple factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10) Warranties & Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant purchase in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

12) Changes to the Services or Terms

• We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
• Material changes will take effect prospectively. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
